Yes, you can make a payment on behalf of another policyholder. Simply enter the correct policy number during checkout and ensure the policy holder’s name is included in the reference field so we can properly allocate the payment.
Your policy number can be found on your insurance certificate, renewal notice, or any correspondence from FIRM Insurance Brokers. If you are unable to locate it, please call us at 876-920-1556 or email info@firminsurancebrokers.com and our team will assist you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard through our Fygaro payment portal. Payments are processed in JMD (Jamaican Dollars).
