His extensive expertise spans pension management, life and general insurance, investment management, financial risk management, accounting, business development and client relationship management.

Prior to joining FIRM, Mr. Johnson enjoyed an illustrious career at NCB Financial Group, where he held senior executive positions with responsibility for a diverse portfolio of financial products and services, including pension fund administration, employee benefits, insurance solutions, investment management, commercial property leases and mortgage services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional ability to develop innovative, client-centred strategies that strengthen financial performance, protect assets and create opportunities for sustainable growth.

Under his leadership, FIRM continues to strengthen its position as a trusted provider of comprehensive insurance, risk management and financial advisory solutions. His strategic vision encompasses business expansion, digital transformation, enhanced corporate partnerships and the diversification of the company's services. With a particular passion for retirement security and wealth preservation, Mr. Johnson has positioned pension consultancy and advisory services as an important component of FIRM's growing portfolio, while pursuing opportunities in pension administration and fund management. He also serves as a Director of the Pension Industry Association of Jamaica, contributing to the advancement of the pension industry and greater financial security for Jamaicans.

Mr. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Accounting and Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona. His extensive professional development includes a Certificate in Leadership from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, certifications in Project Management, Long-Term Insurance and Portfolio Management, as well as training in securities through the Jamaica Institute of Management and the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
